以下は構想案スケッチ・サービスの概要です。
費用：５万円+打ち合わせ交通費（一戸建て住宅の場合）
期間：１ヶ月程度
成果物：構想スケッチ（配置図、平面図、立面図、断面図、透視図）
模型（建物ヴォリュームおよび全体構成の表現程度）
流れ：
電話・メイルなどによる問い合わせ。
合意できれば、構想案スケッチ業務契約締結。
初回打ち合わせでご要望と条件を聴き取り。
初期スケッチ図面の作成。２−３週間程度。
中間打ち合わせで初期案にフィードバック。
構想案図面と模型の完成。２−３週間程度。
最終打ち合わせ：プレゼンテーション及びそれに続くカウンセリングにて完了。

I provide services tailored to your project needs. Architectural services has diverse range from initial planning through construction completion. Below are some of service descriptions.
- Programming: assisting you with defining project goals, identifying constraints, and requirements.
- Existing building documentation: measurement of existing conditions, photo surveying, and drafting existing drawings. This service is not included in standard design fee schedule, and will be billed as additional service.
- Creating preliminary conceptual design: producing conceptual drawings such as floor plans, elevations, 3d perspective sketches, and physical model.
- Schematic design: developing conceptual design, building systems selection, applicable code & regulations verification.
- Design development: specifying materials, fixtures, and developing details.
- Construction documents: Preparing construction drawings, specs, and other documentation to secure building permit and agency approvals.
- Bidding & negotiation: Assisting you with soliciting construction bids from builders. Adjusting design as needed to suit your budget. Assisting you with a builder selection.
- Construction contract administration: providing you guidance and review through the construction.
